That was a headline on the evening news on Monday. Seriously. Dealing with the drizzle. You might be confused. What are they talking about? What is this important news story? Well, brace yourself folks. It was raining. Yes, that's right. It was raining. You see, Phoenix only gets 7 inches of rain per year. So when it rains, everyone flips out. People forget how to drive, streets flood, and the news people get all excited. On Monday it was raining, so the news man was standing out on the street in the rain, with the headline "Dealing With The Drizzle" on the screen. Wow, that's breaking news.
