It Fits!

Today was exhausting. The moving truck showed up at 8:00 AM. We were happy to see Wafeeq. That's the truck driver's name. He was able to pull into the apartment complex without knocking out any carports or street signs. It took us until about 11:00 to unload. At that point, it was about 95 degrees, so we took a break and jumped in the pool. Then we started the exhausting task of organizing things. We got our bedroom somewhat set up, and we got a bed set up in the spare bedroom for the folks. For dinner, we went to the Cheesecake Factory (see Phoenix isn't so different than Maryland). Then we went up to the top of South Mountain to watch the sunset. Tomorrow we are going to Sedona to do some hiking.

Here's Wafeeq navigating the truck into our apartment complex. Since we are very hoity toity, our complex is gated. So we had to trick the gate so that he could come in through the "out" gate. Stupid gate.
Look, everything made it ok. Nina's car was fine, and the plants inside were still alive (for now).
This is the spare bedroom. Anyone want to come and visit us?
On the way to South Mountain to watch the sunset, we noticed this guy. He's at a drive through beer mart, on his grandson's bike. Nice.

Okay what is up with a beer drive through? Do they give you a cup with ice in it too? I think you may not be in Arizona, but may have actually stopped in Kentucky because you got tired of driving. Fess up.
