So far so good

Today was the home inspection. This was the last chance to pull out of contract. We figured it would go well, its only a 7 year old house. We met the inspector guy, he had just come out of the attic and was all gross and sweaty. He said the house looked great, the pool was only year old so it was perfect. He found a few small things that are no big deal so we are happy and we are going forward.
The next few sentences only my mom will really understand. Dewey overheard your conversation about the money tonight and got a little mad. He hates when people are jerks (even though he is) and don't pay up. So he asked me to take a few photos and thought maybe you'd want to give her one.
